The successful applicant will be proactive driven, innovative, and articulate. Essential Duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Develop and support client relationships
- Organize and properly sequence the activities of a project team throughout the design and construction process
- Creative problem solving in managing construction developments
- Observe construction progress and provide construction administration services
- Participate in the development of technical drawings utilizing industry standard softwares
Licensure is not required but preferred. 5 years minimum experience as a project manager is required. Additional Qualifications include:
- Degree in Architecture

- Willingness to occasionally travel depending upon project specific requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience on State and Local Government Projects
- Experience on DoD and Federal Agency Projects
- Proficiency in building modeling renderings utilizing industry standard softwares
- PMP Certification
- Experience / Certification with Sustainable Organizations – LEED / WELL AP, etc.
